A year? A year!

(Reposted from my Patreon… spoiler alert, I made the website!)

So much has happened. In the big big world, in my little personal bubble, and everywhere in between. I really appreciate all of your support and patience as I've made art over the past 12 months and found ways to share it with y'all.

I've been navigating some fun (not actually, that's sarcasm) health stuff that's made it pretty difficult at times to use my hands (and other muscles) the way I'd like to, and some of my art-delivery timelines haven't quite lined up with what I had hoped to do, but all in all I'm happy with the art the year behind me holds. I'm currently working on getting the final prints of the year done and in the mail. Between the holidays and the Canada-Post strike some of y'all might not get your prints until early in the new year, but they will soon be on the way!

I decided to do a series of some of the Folk names for the Full Moons within the Georgian calendar. There's a moon for each month, and I'll be sending out the first round of prints in the next week. The new year howls it's way in with the Wolf moon, followed by the Snow moon in February, and the Worm moon in March. I'm working on turning the complete series into a calendar and/or a Lunar cycle poster, something that will be easier to have up for sale in a virtual storefront on a website dedicated to my art. (more on that below...)

In looking forward into the year ahead, and my goals to continue making art and expanding what that looks like, I'm considering shifting off Patreon and just to a direct website. I know that Patreon can make things convenient as a member- connecting you to unique discords, having each subscription (if you support multiple creators, like I do!) get charged at the same time, etc. but, the platform fees are unpredictable (from the creator standpoint) and I'm also trying to find a way to be able to offer even more...like having prints up for sale, and cards, and other things that aren't just for the Patreon feed...possibly even cookies! (IYKYK)

Anyways, for now I'm not going anywhere, and your support here is greatly appreciated! If you have strong feelings about continuing to do a monthly or annual subscription through an All Them Goods website or Patreon, please feel free to let me know in the comments or via a direct message. I'm almost done building the website, so BOTH options will exist for a while. If streamlining things just to the website makes sense in the future, I will give everyone a big heads up before anything changes here.

As always, big big love and gratitude for all of your support. Wishing that the shortest day of the Solstice, this Saturday, is bursting with love and light. I know that the future for me feels both scary and uncertain, but also full of hope, love, and intense community building- because I contain multitudes, and I hope that the light that is out there finds you and helps your heart shine a bit too.

In Solidarity
